Business Intelligence Assistant
• Gather business data through a number of ways, from studying specific markets, looking at competitors' data and industry trends
in order to help developing a business opportunities (internal/external), improve its visibility and rationalize costs
• Deliver Reports to assists management decisions and proposals to End-User Clients (local, regional and international)
• Communicate to all levels in the organization in English language
• Reporting abilities with office software and suites
• Capable of utilizing various tools in problem solving, or proposing innovative tools when applicable
• Willing to handle various projects simultaneously, in muliple sectors
• Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks due to multi-business environment
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strategy & Marketing Assistant
• Develop marketing plans and strategy for commercializing Company Services and Technologies
• Perform market analysis (local, regional) for Company Services and Technologies
• Develop contacts with relevant government authorities (FDA, TESDA, DENR, PNOC, DOE …)
• Develop visibility of Group by field clients visits
• Able to Develop and Track Prospects needs
• Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks due to multi-business environment
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Communicate to all levels in the organization in English language and Tagalog
• Reporting abilities with office software and suites
• Willing to handle various projects simultaneously, in muliple sectors
Accounting/Admin Helper (part-time)
• Perform day to day finance and accounting duties such as but not limited to bookkeeping, AP, AR, bi-weekly payroll processing
• Maintain Employees filing records
• Performing other accounting duties and general office support as needed
• Responsible for carrying out all of the special assignments issued, specifically in Accounting/Finance and Human Resources, with
regards to confidential personnel and financial documents
• Highly organized
• Communicate to all levels in the organization in English language and Tagalog
• Finance Reporting and familiar with common financial suites
